RATES:

All rates are subject to change.

Rates range from $35 to $75 per hour depending on the complexity and the scope of work.

Hourly rates available (one hour minimum) subsequent hours calculated in 15 minute increments.

Monthly Retainer Fees (discounted rate) for services that are on-going throughout the month (Minimum 10 hours per month for (6) months)

PAYMENT POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of work. Payment for remaining 50% (unless agreed upon) is due in full prior to delivery of the finished project.

For monthly retainers, advance payment is due in full upon signing agreement. Monthly plans requiring additional hours beyond what the selected level indicates will be billed at that level’s hourly rate. Unused hours do not carry over.

Reimbursable expenses will be added to the invoice. This may include printing paper, stamps, envelopes, long-distance charges, unique software, and any other office supplies specific to the client’s needs.

We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for all projects which require “Rush” service.

Payments are accepted in the form of business checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders made payable to PSS Working 4U. 

 TERMS:

All client contact details are treated as strictly confidential. PSS Working 4U aka Professional Services Solutions will never disclose or communicate any client information to any unauthorized persons.

A signed acceptance of the Proposal/Agreement, fully outlining the terms and conditions of our relationship is required before work begins.

Estimates for by-the-hour projects are provided on request. You will be billed only for the time used for your project, plus any expenses.

Retainer fees are due on the agreed upon date specified in the agreement. Payment should be made by check payable to PSS Working 4U.

Invoices are due for payment within 10 days. Invoices are included with returned work or sent by email. Should work be suspended or delayed by customer request or default, the fees for work completed plus outstanding expenses will be due immediately.
